Norwaste offers an effective half-day introductory course aimed at new employees in the industry, board members and others who deal with waste and recycling.

The course provides a solid introduction to topics encountered by newcomers in the waste and recycling industry or for those who need a better understanding of the industry. The course has been regularly held since 2021, both digitally and for gatherings of up to 65 people. The senior expertise of Bjørn Kopstad and Henrik Lystad, who cover the industry from their respective perspectives, provides the course with a unique breadth and depth of knowledge. Both have extensive experience in course and lecture activities. The course is scheduled quarterly as digital events unless otherwise specified. Company-specific and customized courses are available upon request.
