Great interest in introductory courses and lectures
Introductory course in waste and recycling during the Waste Norway annual conference 2022
Norwaste has conducted eight introductory courses in waste and recycling since we started offering the course in 2021, receiving very positive feedback.

In September, Norwaste held an introductory course in waste and recycling for a total of 70 registered attendees at the Waste Norway annual conference. Our senior consultants, Henrik Lystad and Bjørn Kopstad, introduced the audience to this exciting yet complex industry.

Most introductory courses are digital or for internal company use, and in 2023, we're kicking off with a digital course 4th of January.

Henrik Lystad and Line Blytt are giving a lecture at the Waste Norway annual conference.

In October, Henrik and Norwaste held a webinar series at NITO under the title "Plastic - as a useful material and environmental issue". The series consisted of three parts and addressed how plastic is produced and used, as well as how it is managed as waste or a reusable resource - and what technology is needed for the best possible utilization. The lectures are available on YouTube:
Part 1 This is how plastic is recycled
Part 2 Sorting technology and material recycling
Part 3 Plastic - a global problem we have to solve globally?
