Two new employees welcomed in March.

Towards the end of 2019, it was a great need to increase Norwaste's staff and a recruitment process was set up with the aim of hiring a new adviser. Out of the process of many good candidates came two new employees, who started in Norwaste in March 2020.

Ingrid Salmi comes from over 3 years in ROAF - Romerike Waste Processing with experience and special expertise in areas such as operation and environmental monitoring of landfills, renewable energy and quality and environmental work associated with ISO.

Sigvart Eggen joined us shortly after completing his education at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, where he received his Msc in Material Technology in the very relevant subject of metal waste recycling. Prior to working at Norwaste he worked with R&D and SINTEF Industries.

  • Norwaste has since the start of spring 2019 experienced great success from different types of clients, says general manager Henrik Lystad. It is important for us to be able to offer our expertise to a growing market.
  • It is therefore with great pleasure that we welcome Ingrid and Sigvart to the team. This strengthens Norwaste as a partner in several important areas.
